The Apprentice Panel Survey 2022 from the Institute for Apprenticeships and Technical Education (IFATE) is now open. You may wish to invite your apprentices to complete it.
IFATE is gathering apprentices’ views of apprenticeships and the survey is open to those who are either working towards or have recently completed an apprenticeship standard in England. The survey covers eight themes: workload and wellbeing; partnership between the apprentice, employer and training provider; experiences and quality of induction and training; preparation for end-point assessment; progression to further study; diversity and inclusion; apprenticeship standards.
The results will be used to improve “the apprenticeship experience”. A 2020 survey report is available here: Apprentice panel survey report / Institute for Apprenticeships and Technical Education
This year’s survey will run until April 8th and is open here: Apprentice panel survey / Institute for Apprenticeships and Technical Education)
