MTA is a Member of ECTA, the European Cutting Tools Association (www.ecta-tools.org). The next ECTA Conference will be organized by UCIMU-SISTEMI PER PRODURRE in Italy from Thursday 20th to Saturday 22nd March 2025.
The ECTA Conference is a great opportunity to know or to meet again people of the sector with whom to exchange technical and market information, to attend interesting conferences on the hottest issues for the future and to enjoy the fascinating social program (part dedicated to delegates’ partners, part to everybody).
The ECTA Conference 2025 will be held in Turin, a beautiful city rich in history, culture and industrial tradition, involved in a deep and fruitful renewal process.
In order to increase networking and information exchange among all the components of the metalworking process, the promotion target has been addressed to the producers of cutting tools, the importers and distributors of cutting tools, the metal-cutting machines producers, the end users industries and research centres. The invitation will also be open to companies in the cutting tools sector from outside Europe, including USA, Japan, India, China, South Korea.
Maybe there is no other occasion where you can meet all together international colleagues, partners, competitors in a relaxed and at the same time stimulating atmosphere.
The delegate participation fee at the ECTA Conference in Turin will be €900 (€230 for partners). The meeting will be based at the Hotel Principi di Piemonte (www.gruppouna.it).
The tentative programme foresees as usual arrival in the afternoon of Thursday 20th March 2025, and buffet dinner all together.
On Friday 21st March there will be the main conferences with high level speakers on issues of interest (i.e. macroeconomic trends, the impact of AI, human capital, etc.). For delegates’ partners, a very fascinating tour will be organized and in the evening, there will be a Gala Dinner all together.
On Saturday morning, 22nd March, there will be a social programme, with enjoyable visits and lunch before saying “arrivederci”!
