Bowers Group is pleased to announce the appointment of Ryan Kingswell as the new Director of Sales, Marketing, and Service. In this role, Ryan will lead the teams across home and export sales, marketing, and service and support. Additionally, he will oversee the Camberley customer service operation and site management.

Effective July 15, 2024, this strategic appointment aims to unify the sales, marketing, and service teams under Ryan’s leadership. This integration will enhance customer service, focusing on the needs of Bowers Group’s customers, and will also explore new markets and opportunities for upcoming products.

Martin Hawkins, Managing Director of Bowers Group, expressed his enthusiasm for Ryan’s new role, stating, “I’m thrilled to announce this new role for Ryan. He has been a significant member of our sales team for over 10 years and has made significant advancements within his tenure with Bowers Group. This is a considerable change to our sales, marketing and service structure. It’s my belief that it will provide us with a much more unified organisation. I would like to wish Ryan the very best of luck in his new role and I’m eager to see where this will take us.”

Ryan joined Bowers Group office-based Tech Support team in 2013, moving into field-based Installation and Training roles and further into direct sales as Sales Product Specialist, where he expanded his knowledge of the company’s product portfolio and sales strategies. Most recently, Ryan served as the UK and Ireland Sales Manager, focusing on driving sales growth and building strong relationships with customers and colleagues. His experience and understanding of the business have prepared him well for his new role.

Speaking about his promotion, Ryan said: “I’m thrilled to take on the role of overseeing our sales, marketing, and service departments. My focus has always been on the promoting the strengths of great team ethics and I’m immensely proud to be working alongside such a talented and knowledgeable group of individuals and I’m honoured to lead and implement new, exciting ideas to continue to elevate the Bowers Group brand.”
