HVMC and Digital Catapult were awarded a grant to run a Made Smarter Sustainability Accelerator programme through which we will help industrial partners fast forward the adoption of digital solutions that deliver Resource Efficiency and Energy Efficiency (REEE). This brings the opportunity to industrial partners investing in the programme to frame their REEE challenge together with HVMC centres and Digital Catapult and convert a £50k in-cash investment (+£20k in-kind in resource contributions) into £280k project value. The outcome for each industrial partner will be a pilot on their REEE challenge addressed with digital technologies provided by technology SMEs and supported by catapult centres. The project duration is 18 months starting with challenge framing workshop activities this September. The call for industrial partners is currently open.
